    These are important for anyone who is thinking of posting a content on ZikkaPages.

    1. Code of Conduct

    We at ZikkaPages wish to create a friendly and safe environment for all our users, this code of conduct has been created with this in mind. While we welcome diverse opinions, your contributions to the site must comply with the following rule of conduct:

    Posting any comment/post or answer that is: abusive, hateful, racist, bigoted, sexist, harassing, threatening, inflammatory, defamatory, knowingly false, vulgar, obscene, pornographic or is in any way in violation of applicable laws, rules or regulation.

    Any violation of these above rules of conduct may result in the removal of a users posting, revocation of registration and the banning of the registrants email address.

    2. General Terms & Conditions

    2.1 ZikkaPages Functions as a Content exchange, between members of the public through postings and submitted contents.

    2.2 You can also post a link to your Blog on ZikkaPages providing that we approve of the content and images displayed.

    2.3 When using the ZikkaPages service, please recognize that the content provided are not necessarily correct. And ZikkaPages are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your reliance on any ZikkaPages service. ZikkaPages content should never be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

    2.4 By submitting a content to ZikkaPages , you acknowledge that ZikkaPages is not responsible for any response you receive or do not receive, and you agree to hold ZikkaPages harmless from any loss, harm, injury or damage resulting from or arising out of your submission of the contenr or your use of or reliance on any response thereto.

    2.5 ZikkaPages is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users, particularly children. Please remember that the Service is designed to appeal to a broad audience. Children should be supervised and given appropriate guidance in their use of our Services. It is the responsibility of parents and legal guardians to determine whether any of the Services and/or Content are appropriate for your child.

    2.6 ZikkaPages reserves the right to change the site terms & conditions at any time. ZikkaPages may also remove, ban, or modify users & contributions without notice & reasoning.

    2.7 ZikkaPages will not tolerate the gaming or manipulation of systems for self promotion or unfair point and rating gathering. Users caught abusing ZikkaPages's proprietry systems will be removed without notice.

    2.8 ZikkaPages welcomes robots that respect the rules, but reserves the right to take action against clients whose request patterns represent a denial of service (or attempt a denial of service). This action includes, but is not limited to, banning offending IP addresses and reporting offending IP addresses to their ISP.

    3. Question Submissions

    3.1 Upon submitting the "ZikkaPages" form, the Site Editor will make a decision to either approve or reject your Content, based on whether it can potentially provide useful information for others to respond to.

    3.2 It is advised that your Content is written in good English.

    3.3 Content may relate to any topic of your choice except for the following, of which ZikkaPages does not allow under any circumstances: Content of a sexual, derogatory or racist nature; Content that contain swearing or inappropriate use of language; Content which appear violent or aggressive; Content which may offend or discourage users.

    3.4 All Content submitted to us which do not meet with our Terms and Conditions as set out in clause 2.2 will be immediately removed upon retrieval from our servers and cannot be resurrected for any reason.

    3.5 Persistent misuse of Zikkapages by violating clause 2.2 will result in a ban which will block your IP address from accessing our server. We make take legal action from persons who persist to break our rules and cause harm and inconvenience to both the Site and its Users.

    4. Copyright Information

    Information on web sites is available for anyone to view, but not necessarily to access, download and utilize. Users of web sites may electronically copy or print portions of web sites for their own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance of the content on web sites is generally prohibited.
